We receive your order.
Our interior design team gives you a call to confirm any custom product specifications.
Your order is collected from our global supply network and arrives in Birmingham at Akar Furniture.
We know the frustration of waiting around all day for a delivery which is why a friendly Akar Furniture Customer Care specialist will be in touch to confirm a delivery window that works for you.
On delivery day, we will call you an hour before our team is due to arrive so that you know exactly when to expect us.
Once your item arrives at your location, our expert delivery team will carefully place your piece in the room of your choosing.
If product assembly is required, we will also take care of that and remove all packaging on departure.
All that’s left for you to do is enjoy your new purchase.
Please note, wall and ceiling fixtures such as artwork and lighting will require professional installation and are not included in this service.
