Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery is Free for all orders delivered throughout the UK. If you're looking to place an order from outside the UK please contact us to discuss your requirements as there may be a delivery charge depending on items/location. 

Generally it will take between 3 and 6 weeks for your order to be delivered.This depends on the product ordered. If you’re still not sure, just email us we’re happy to help. 
On very few occasions it may take from 4-8 weeks depending on the shipping company we use, however rest assured that we will try to use the best options available. Please do not panic your item is on its way.

Unfortunately we're currently unable to make any amendments to any customised and bespoke furniture orders.

To cancel your order you may contact us by Phone or Email, details of which can be found on our contact page.You will need to notify us within 48 hours after you have placed your order. Once we have processed your request and approved it you'll then receive a full refund.  
You can still cancel up-to 14 days after receiving your order, provided the item is in its original packaging and without any damage. You may incur an additional charge from us if you ask us to recover the item(s) from you.

Your 2 year warranty covers you in the event furniture purchased from us becomes defective due to faulty workmanship. Your warranty doesn't cover damage by pets/children/misuse and doesn't cover you for colour change due to sunlight exposure, stains or any other external damage.
