To guarantee a smooth delivery, please ensure that your home is prepared and accessible. Please remove potential obstacles and any fragile or valuable objects from the delivery path.
We will do our best to assist if an access problem occurs, but re-delivery costs and cancellation fees will not be waived. Should access cause a failed delivery our standard cancellation fee will be applied. Delivery charge of £99.00 applies for re-delivery.

Full payment is due before delivery of the goods. The company reserves the right to hold goods whilst payment clears. We provide free delivery over £1000 to BIRMINGHAM. And £ 1 per mile for other places
Delivery charges may apply to orders from outside the UK.
We aim for all orders to be delivered to our customers 4 – 8 weeks after the order has been placed. However, it's not unusual for customers to receive their orders sooner than we've estimated.
Once an order is placed, we contact our manufacturers in Turkey and ask them to send them as soon as possible. Once the item(s) arrive to our dispatch centre in the UK we'll send you a confirmation Email letting you know. You'll then be contacted to find out what the best time is for you to have your item(s) delivered.

items been ordered withinan order at the same time.
You can change your delivery address by logging into your account and changing your address details. You can also call us to change your delivery details.
Usually, if there is any delay in your order,and specially due to COVID-19, we may experience longer delivery times than normal we will inform you immediately, but, if you haven't heard from us and the delivery is late please, get in touch using any of the methods on our contact page.
If you change your mind before your items are dispatched, you can request a cancellation by calling us on our direct line 07939057787 or you may submit your request by contacting us via email to email@example.com,All cancellation requests are subject to a 1 business day review period. If the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an email and a refund for the item will be within 7 business days.
While we endeavor to process all requests, not all cancellations are possible.
_ Orders can be
cancelled with a full refund if a cancellation is made within 24 hours
of placing your order and your goods have not been delivered.
_ Orders cancelled which are paid in full or advance will be subject to a minimum 20% cancellation charge but the item needto be in the original condition and packaging.
Return services may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.
If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 3 days of delivery in the
original condition and packaging.
